rumah nie actually abandon project by ala tetiba x igt plak nama developer tue, but a well known developer lar... then putrajaya holding take over the project coz from what i heard, it is part of PJH responsible to ensure no abandon project in putrajaya... so they carry out the responsible...

at first nk amik umah yg bkk 20x70 the cheapest house, but biler msk tgk umah tue... mak aiiiii... kocik nyer... dapur dia mmg x ble blah... aku terpikir kt mana nk letak peti ice sumer2 tue... mau kena letak kt tnagga... so beli lar yg 50k lebih mahal... ble la... nih pon tgh dok pk celah mana nk letak mesin basuh...

skang nie masalah nyer hanya kewangan... pjh requires 10% of the selling price (selling price is after bumi discount) then only they will issue a letter or document for us to bring to the bank for further story lar... mano ler den nk cekau 10%... dh korek merata dh.... ponin kpalo den... nie baru lepas telan ponstan (seriously).... gamaknya kena ler aku wt personal loan...
